SARA GLUCK, PHD, LCSW
Sara Gluck, PhD, LCSW, is licensed in NY and NJ. She earned her BA in psychology at Touro College in Brooklyn, NY. She then completed her Master’s in Social Work at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, where she became an active member in the Phi Alpha Honor Society. Sara then graduated with honors from Capella University, where she completed a Ph.D. in Psychology. Her research interests include social cognitive processes and media psychology. Sara has completed post-graduate training in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress (SPARCS), Sand Play Therapy, and Parent Leadership Coaching. Sara offers clinical training and supervision to mental health professionals and is enjoys facilitating psycho-educational lectures and workshops. As the clinical director of psychotherapy at the Five Towns Wellness Center, Sara performs detailed psychological assessments and provides treatment that combines evidence-based modalities with a little bit of soul.

Dvorah Levy, LCSW

Dvorah Levy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. She maintains a private practice in Cedarhurst and Brooklyn, NY. Dvorah has over 20 years of experience working as an individual, marriage and family therapist. She is a graduate of Wurzweiler School of Social Work and received post graduate training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and EMDR. Motti Shanet, LCSW
helps youth who are struggling with a range of challenges including: anxiety,
depression, disruptive behavioral disorders, social difficulties and at risk
behavior. Motti graduated from Touro college and was awarded excellence in psychology
and graduated from YU with his MSW. Motti is a seasoned clinician who has
garnished a wealth of experience working with programs including: Project
Extreme, Our Place, Home Sweet Home, MASK, JBFCS and others. Motti has collaborated
with dozens of Yeshivos instituting quality mental health services and
decreasing stigma. He treats children, adolescence and their families and has
completed trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy, Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding Chronic
Stress, Motivational Interviewing and the uses of therapeutic drumming.
Motti has honed
his clinical skills to make a lasting impact on the lives and families of those
he serves. His acceptance, warmth and non-judgmental approach to client's
challenges provide a safe container for them to explore what may not be working

Karen Pelcovitz Herrmann graduated Magna Cum Laude from
Yeshiva University with a major in Psychology and received her Master’s in
Social Work at Wurzweiler School of Social Work. She trained at the Family
Institute of Neve Yerushalayim’s Family Therapy Clinic and Domestic Violence
Unit. She has also completed post graduate training in Trauma Focused Cognitive

Responding to Chronic Stress (SPARCS). Karen has worked as a therapist in North
Shore University Hospital’s Crime Victims Unit, and as a social worker in
Stella K. Abraham High School for Girls. She has provided counseling to

SHRAGI CHAFETZ, LMSW
Shragi Chafetz is a licensed psychotherapist. He received his Master’s in Social Work from Long Island University, where he graduated with honors. He then went on to obtain post-graduate training at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Shragi has also pursued training and consultation in Exposure Therapy, Trauma Treatment, and Play Therapy Modalities such as Sand Play Therapy and Art Therapy. Shragi played an integral role in post-Hurricane Sandy resilience and recovery programs in Long Island, where he implemented assessment and treatment planning services for school aged children who were affected by the storm. Most recently, Shragihas worked with children and families in the Five Towns communities, where he has facilitated support groups for children coping with divorce and initiated anti-bullying programs. Shragi believes strongly in using interdisciplinary collaboration with school faculty members, teachers, and parents in order to create the best possible support system for the success of his school-aged clients. Shragi’s empathetic and non-judgmental perspective helps his clients feel accepted and cared for throughout treatment.
MICHAL SIMON, LMSW, CFLE
Michal Simon is a licensed psychotherapist and family life educator. She completed her Master’s in Social Work at Adelphi University. She received her B.A. from Queens College, where she majored in Psychology and Family & Consumer Sciences. Michal then went on to obtain certification as a Family Life Educator by the National Council on Family Relations. Michal has worked with families at New York University Medical Center’s Child Study Center, where she used Parent Child-Interaction Therapy to improve parent-child relationships. Most recently, Michal pursued one year of post-graduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and has found the modality to be very effective with clients of all ages. She is also proficient in the use of Sand Play therapy and finds it very valuable in her work with children experiencing a range of challenges. She looks forward to continuing to treat clients with evidence-based practice and a client-centered approach. Trust and compassion are the guiding elements in her successful therapeutic relationships. Each client is treated as the expert on his or herself and is given practical tools to cope with life's challenges. Rebecca Jerozolim, LMSW
Rebecca Jerozolim received her Master’s in Social Work from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work and is currently completing a PhD in Psychology. Rebecca also holds a Bachelor’s degree from Queens College with a dual major in Psychology and Sociology. Rebecca has experience working in outpatient mental health clinics in various communities with varying aged clientele. She has been working in private schools for the past 5 years. In addition to her work in private schools Rebecca is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-working with children who have a history of trauma induced anxiety
and behaviors. Rebecca has run various support groups for children and adults of all ages on topics such as grief and bereavement, self-esteem, interpersonal skills, and executive function management. She is skilled at working with parents, siblings, administration, and educators in order to support children in meeting their potential. Rebecca is experienced at helping children to find their inner strength and learn to believe in their own ability to blossom, grow, and thrive.

including Art Therapy and Sand Play Therapy. She has managed cases and
facilitated treatment of childhood trauma and dissociation. Orly has taught
social-emotional skills to early elementary school students, empowering them
with tools to enhance their interpersonal communication and resolve conflicts
more effectively. She collaborates with local schools as a liaison between
clients and therapists, conducting school observations and scoring psychometric
tests. Orly's strong communication skills and natural empathy enables her to
connect with children and families as they celebrate their successes.
